Will my bouquet look exactly like the photograph?
Every flower is handmade, so your bouquet will have its own character. We follow the composition and colour palette shown, while small differences make each piece genuinely unique.
How far in advance should I order?
As early as you can, especially for larger bouquets, custom colours or weekend delivery. A few days' notice is ideal, but if you need something sooner, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Can I choose the colours and flavours?
You are welcome to share colour preferences when ordering. Flavours and individual flowers are selected to suit the bouquet and current availability, but we will consider your preferences wherever possible.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes. Send us the wording when you place the order, and we can print it on beautiful paper to include with the bouquet.
Can I request a specific bottle?
Yes, for bottle-style gifts we can discuss a particular drink or brand before confirming the order. A specific bottle may change the final price, so we will agree the details with you first.
How should I store the marshmallow?
Keep it at room temperature in its packaging, away from heat, moisture and direct sunlight. It is best enjoyed within 10 days.
Can you deliver directly to the recipient?
Yes. If the bouquet is a surprise, we can deliver it straight to the recipient. Send us the wording you would like to include, and we can print the message on beautiful paper to place with the gift.
What allergens should I know about?
